In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Watchung Hills Regional Warriors lacrosse squad scored a good 16-7 triumph over the Phillipsburg Stateliners.

The Warriors (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hunterdon Central (Flemington, NJ). The Red Devils go into the Skyland - Delaware challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Hunterdon Central knocked off Rumson-Fair Haven (Rumson, NJ), 10-9, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Stateliners clash with the Sparta Spartans (Sparta, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 12. Phillipsburg will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Spartans go into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 14-5 non-league loss to Westfield (Westfield, NJ).
