Kansas High School Soccer - Derby knocks off Northwest
April 10, 2025: Wichita, KS 67212 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Derby Panthers (Derby, KS) and the host Northwest Grizzlies (Wichita, KS), saw Derby's soccer squad knock off Northwest by a count of 3-0.
The Panthers (8-0) will now prepare for their battle against Goddard (Goddard, KS). The Lions enter the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Goddard by Maize South (Wichita, KS), 9-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Grizzlies battle the North RedHawks (Wichita, KS) in a Greater Wichita battle, on Tuesday, April 15. Northwest will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The RedHawks enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 5-0 league loss to Kapaun Mt. Carmel (Wichita, KS).
