The McLean Highlanders held off the visiting Fairfax Lions soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next, the Highlanders face the Wakefield Warriors (Arlington, VA) in a Liberty game, on Tuesday, April 22. McLean will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 3-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to South County (Lorton, VA).
