April 10, 2025: Piasa, IL 62079 The Southwestern Piasa Birds edged the visiting North Mac Panthers soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Thursday's league game.
Next, the Piasa Birds face the Litchfield Purple Panthers (Litchfield, IL) in a South Central game, on Tuesday, April 15. Southwestern will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record.
The Panthers (2-9) will now prepare for their game against Riverton/Tri-City (Riverton, IL). The Hawks enter the non-league game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Riverton/Tri-City was nipped by Athens/PORTA (Athens, IL), 9-0, in a league outing.
