The Westhill Vikings lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the visiting Danbury Hatters to 8 in the Vikings league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trumbull for a Fairfield County challenge on Saturday, April 12. Westhill will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 10-5 non-league loss to Hand (Madison, CT). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Danbury falls to 1-2 on the year. The Hatters travel to McMahon (Norwalk, CT) to clash with the Senators in a Fairfield County challenge on Saturday, April 12.
