April 10, 2025: Park Ridge, IL 60068 The Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL) lacrosse routed the host Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL), 17-5 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Warriors now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Saint Viator for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 16. Wheaton Academy will face a Lions squad coming off a 17-8 non-league win over Barrington (Barrington, IL). The Lions record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Maine South falls to 2-4 on the year. The Hawks host Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL) to face the Huskies in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 12. The Huskies go into the outing with a record of 3-0. Oak Park-River Forest won 11-8 in their recent non-league outing against Chicago Mt. Carmel (Chicago, IL)
