April 10, 2025: John's Island, SC 29455 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Charleston Math & Science Riptide (Charleston, SC) and the host Charleston Collegiate Sundevils (John's Island, SC), saw Charleston Math & Science's soccer squad knock off Charleston Collegiate by a count of 3-0.
The Riptide (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against St. John's (John's Island, SC). The Islanders enter the A Region 5 battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, St. John's tipped Baptist Hill (Hollywood, SC), 4-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Sundevils battle the St. John's Christian Academy Cavaliers (Moncks Corner, SC) in a SCISA AA Region II battle, on Friday, April 11. Charleston Collegiate will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Cavaliers enter the battle with a 1-8 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to Cathedral Academy (North Charleston, SC).
