April 10, 2025: Creston, IA 50801 Denison-Schleswig Monarchs (Denison, IA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Creston Panthers (Creston, IA), 9-3 in a league test.
With the triumph, Denison-Schleswig moves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Norwalk (Norwalk, IA) to meet the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, April 11. The Warriors enter the contest with a record of 3-0. Norwalk 1-1 in their recent league contest against Dallas Center-Grimes (Dallas Center, IA)
The Panthers (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA). The Falcons enter the Hawkeye 10 contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, St. Albert held off Harlan (Harlan, IA), 5-2, in a league contest.
