April 10, 2025: Kewanee, IL 61443 In Thursday's non-league test, the Putnam County Panthers (Granville, IL) softball squad got by the host Annawan-Wethersfield Titans (Kewanee, IL), by a tally of 7-6.
Next, the Panthers clash with the Stark County Rebels (Toulon, IL) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 14. Putnam County will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Rebels go into the test with a 2-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Annawan-Wethersfield (Kewanee, IL).
The Titans (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Stark County (Toulon, IL). The Rebels go into the Lincoln Trail test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Stark County was nudged by Erie-Prophetstown (Erie, IL), 7-4, in a non-league test.
