The Albany Falcons (Albany, NY) baseball trounced the host Catskill Cats (Catskill, NY), 17-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Glens Falls for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 10. Albany will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 12-6 league win over Hudson Falls (Hudson Falls, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Catskill drops to 1-2 on the year. The Cats travel to Germantown (Germantown, NY) to clash with the Clippers in a Section 2 Patroon challenge on Monday, April 13. The Clippers go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Germantown lost 12-0 in their recent league challenge against Taconic Hills (Craryville, NY)
