In Friday's non-league test, the Carroll Cougars (Flora, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lewis Cass Kings (Walton, IN), by a tally of 16-6.

Next, the Cougars meet the Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 13. Carroll will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Oak Hill (Converse, IN).
