Indiana High School Baseball - Fishers defeats Lafayette Jefferson
April 11, 2022: Lafayette, IN 47905 Fishers Tigers (Fishers, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos (Lafayette, IN), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Fishers upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Noblesville (Noblesville, IN) to battle the Millers in a Hoosier Crossroads test on Thursday, April 14. The Millers come into the test with a record of 3-4. Noblesville lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Columbus East (Columbus, IN)

Curtis Kearschner earned the victory on the hill for Fishers. The fireballer allowed two hits and one run over four and a third innings, striking out eight and walking one. Kyle Manship, Joey Wilmoth, and Cody Jones all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.
Talan Meyers took the loss for Lafayette Jefferson. The bulldog lasted two innings, allowing one hit and three runs while striking out one.
Garrett Rainey and Jakeb Habbinga each managed one hit to lead Jefferson.
