April 11, 2022: Denton, NC 27239 Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the Forsyth Country Day Furies (Lewisville, NC) and the host South Davidson Wildcats (Denton, NC), saw Forsyth Country Day's baseball squad knock off South Davidson by a count of 13-4.
Coming up next, the Furies play the Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 12. Forsyth Country Day will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Bobcats enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to Triad Baptist Christian Academy (Kernersville, NC).
The Wildcats now possess a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host East Davidson for a Central Carolina 1A/2A battle on Tuesday, April 12. South Davidson will play a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Forsyth Home Educators (Winston-Salem, NC). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 9-6.
