California High School Baseball - Yucaipa loses to Murrieta Valley
April 11, 2022: Murrieta, CA 92562 The Murrieta Valley Nighthawks crushed the visiting Yucaipa Thunderbirds baseball team by a count of 8-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Nighthawks now possess a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Murrieta Mesa for a bout on Tuesday, April 12. Murrieta Valley will face a Rams team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Chaparral (Temecula, CA). The Rams record now stands at 6-11.
Next, the Thunderbirds face the Citrus Valley Blackhawks (Redlands, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, April 13. Yucaipa will attempt to move on its 14-3 season record. The Blackhawks enter the bout with a 10-5 record after their 5-2 league win over Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA).
