The Midland Trail Patriots (Hico, WV) baseball trounced the visiting Richwood Lumberjacks (Richwood, WV), 14-3 in Tuesday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Patriots play the Cross Lanes Christian Warriors (Charleston, WV) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, April 13. Midland Trail will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 5-1 record after their 9-3 league win over Grace Christian (Huntington, WV).
