North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Wakefield tipped by Corinth Holders

In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Corinth Holders Pirates lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-9 victory over the Wakefield Wolverines.

The Pirates now have a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cleveland for a Greater Neuse River test on Friday, April 14. Corinth Holders will face a Rams squad coming off a 15-4 league loss to Clayton (Clayton, NC). The Rams record now stands at 2-8.

In their next game, the Wolverines face the Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) in a Northern Athletic test, on Thursday, April 13. Wakefield will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 9-4 record after their 12-6 league loss to Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC).
