Illinois High School Lacrosse - Riverside-Brookfield drops to Montini Catholic
April 11, 2023: Riverside, IL 60546 Montini Catholic Broncos (Lombard, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL), 10-3 in a non-league battle.
The Broncos now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to IC Catholic Prep for a battle on Thursday, April 13. Montini Catholic will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 10-5 non-league win over Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 18. Riverside-Brookfield will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 4-3 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to Cary-Grove (Cary, IL).
