Wisconsin High School Softball - Columbus Catholic bounces Osseo-Fairchild
April 11, 2023: Marshfield, WI 54449 Columbus Catholic Dons (Marshfield, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Osseo-Fairchild Thunder (Osseo, WI), 5-1 in a league challenge.
The Dons now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Gilman for a Cloverbelt challenge on Thursday, April 13. Columbus Catholic will battle a Pirates squad coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Pepin/Alma (Pepin, WI). The Pirates record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Osseo-Fairchild falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Thunder host McDonell Central (Chippewa Falls, WI) to battle the Macks in a Cloverbelt challenge on Thursday, April 13. The Macks enter the challenge with a record of 1-0.
