In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Salisbury Hornets baseball team scored a nice 20-2 victory over the Montgomery Central Timberwolves.

The Hornets (8-9) will now prepare for their game against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 10-7 record. In their last game, North Mecklenburg overcame Chambers (Charlotte, NC), 25-12, in a league game.
