Barnegat Bengals (Barnegat, NJ) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Lacey Township Lions (Lanoka Harbor, NJ), 11-4 in a league battle.

The Bengals now have a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Donovan Catholic for a non-league battle on Friday, April 12. Barnegat will clash with a Griffins squad coming off a 10-9 league win over St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ). The Griffins record now stands at 3-1.

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Red Bank Regional Bucs (Little Silver, NJ) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 16. Lacey Township will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bucs go into the match with a 3-2 record after their 15-5 non-league win over Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ).
