In Thursday's non-league contest, the Classical Academy Caimans (Escondido, CA) lacrosse squad routed the host Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA), by a count of 14-8.

Coming up next, the Caimans confront the Pacific Ridge Firebirds (Carlsbad, CA) in a Coastal contest, on Tuesday, April 16. Classical Academy will attempt to advance on its 9-3 season record. The Firebirds come into the contest with a 5-4 record after their 13-2 non-league win over El Camino (Oceanside, CA).
