April 11, 2024: Mattawa, WA 99349 Wahluke Warriors (Mattawa, WA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Ellensburg Bulldogs (Ellensburg, WA), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Warden Cougars (Warden, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 13. Wahluke will attempt to better on its 12-1 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 1-0 non-league win over College Place (College Place, WA).
The Bulldogs now have a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prosser for a 2A CWAC challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Ellensburg will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 3-2 league win over Ephrata (Ephrata, WA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-11.
