Arkansas High School Baseball - Northside edges Pea Ridge
April 11, 2025: Fort Smith, AR 72901 The Northside Grizzlies baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Pea Ridge Blackhawks to 1 in the Grizzlies non-league win on Friday.
The Grizzlies now hold a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenwood for a non-league test on Thursday, April 17. Northside will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 8-4 league win over Mountain Home (Mountain Home, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-5.
With the defeat, Pea Ridge drops to 6-6 on the year. The Blackhawks host Gravette (Gravette, AR) to play the Lions in a 4A Region 1 test on Tuesday, April 15. The Lions go into the test with a record of 11-4. Gravette won 12-3 in their recent league test against Prairie Grove (Prairie Grove, AR)
