Illinois High School Volleyball - Glenbrook South tips Metea Valley

In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Glenbrook South Titans volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Metea Valley Mustangs.

The Titans (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Niles North (Skokie, IL). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Niles North edged Von Steuben (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Zion-Benton Zee-Bees (Zion, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 12. Metea Valley will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Zee-Bees go into the test with a 0-3 record after their 2-0 league loss to Mundelein (Mundelein, IL).
