April 11, 2025: Oviedo, FL 32765 The Oviedo Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Ponte Vedra Sharks to 0 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now have a 10-10 record. They play next when they travel to Tocoi Creek for a non-league outing on Friday, April 11. Oviedo will play a Toros team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Bartram Trail (St. Johns, FL). The Toros record now stands at 8-3.
With the loss, Ponte Vedra drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Sharks travel to Winter Springs (Winter Springs, FL) to play the Bears in a non-league outing on Friday, April 11.
