The Metea Valley Mustangs lacrosse team (Aurora, IL), was overwhelmed 16-5 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Downers Grove North Trojans (Downers Grove, IL)

With the victory, Downers Grove North advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Trojans travel to Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 0-4. Riverside-Brookfield lost 20-3 in their recent non-league battle against Fenwick (Oak Park, IL)

The Mustangs now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Neuqua Valley for a DuPage Valley battle on Wednesday, April 16. Metea Valley will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 10-8 non-league win over Minooka (Minooka, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-3.
