April 11, 2025: Tawas City, MI 48763 Standish-Sterling Panthers (Standish, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Tawas Area Braves (Tawas City, MI), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Standish-Sterling advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Bullock Creek (Midland, MI) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Bullock Creek 2-2 in their recent non-league test against Shepherd (Shepherd, MI)
The Braves now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pinconning for a Northeast Michigan test on Monday, April 14. Tawas Area will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Bay City Western (Auburn, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 0-4.
