California High School Lacrosse - San Ysidro drops to Mater Dei Catholic
April 11, 2025: San Diego, CA 92154 The Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders triumphed over the host San Ysidro Cougars lacrosse team by a tally of 15-6 in Friday's league match.
Next up, the Crusaders confront the Mar Vista Mariners (Imperial Beach, CA) in a Metro South Bay match, on Tuesday, April 15. Mater Dei Catholic will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Mariners come into the match with a 0-2 record after their 14-0 non-league loss to Preuss UCSD (La Jolla, CA).
The Cougars (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA). The Titans come into the Metro Mesa match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Eastlake notched a victory over Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA), 17-0, in a league match.
