Georgia High School Soccer - Pickens nudges Ridgeland
April 11, 2025: Jasper, GA 30143 In Friday's non-league outing, the host Pickens Dragons soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Ridgeland Panthers.
The Dragons (4-8) will now prepare for their outing against Chestatee (Gainesville, GA). The War Eagles go into the 3A Area 6 outing with a 11-4 record. In their last outing, Chestatee got by East Jackson (Commerce, GA), 5-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Cedartown Bulldogs (Cedartown, GA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, April 17. Ridgeland will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 12-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Darlington (Rome, GA).
