Texas High School Softball - Mumford gets by North Zulch
April 11, 2025: Mumford, TX 77867 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Mumford Mustangs (Mumford, TX) and the visiting North Zulch Bulldogs (North Zulch, TX), observed Mumford's softball team get by North Zulch by a tally of 1-0.
The Mustangs (14-6) will now prepare for their bout against BVCHEA HomeSchool (Bryan, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 2-15 record. In their last bout, BVCHEA HomeSchool was nipped by Texas Wind (Waco, TX), 15-3, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Somerville Yeguas (Somerville, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 14. North Zulch will attempt to advance on its 0-12 season record. The Yeguas go into the bout with a 10-13 record after their 11-3 league loss to Mumford (Mumford, TX).
