In Friday's non-league test, the Valley Christian Trojans (Chandler, AZ) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Snowflake Lobos (Snowflake, AZ), by a count of 11-1.

Next, the Trojans meet the Coolidge Bears (Coolidge, AZ) in a 3A South Central test, on Monday, April 14. Valley Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 17-2 season record. The Bears go into the test with a 9-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Tanque Verde (Tucson, AZ).

The Lobos (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Show Low (Show Low, AZ). The Cougars go into the 3A East test with a 18-5 record. In their last test, Show Low toppled Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ), 12-0, in a league test.
