April 11, 2026: Newark, NJ 07102 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Paramus Catholic Knght Paladins (Paramus, NJ) and the host St. Benedict's Prep Gray Bees (Newark, NJ), saw Paramus Catholic's baseball team get by St. Benedict's Prep by a tally of 4-3.
The Knght Paladins (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Bergen Catholic (Oradell, NJ). The Crusaders enter the Big North - United battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Bergen Catholic held off Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, NY), 12-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Gray Bees face the Montclair Kimberley Academy Cougars (Montclair, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 13. St. Benedict's Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 2-4 record after their 10-4 non-league win over Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ).
