In Saturday's non-league test, the Boardman Spartans (Youngstown, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the host Washington Tigers (Massillon, OH), by a tally of 14-0.

Next, the Spartans clash with the Canfield Cardinals (Canfield, OH) in a All-American test, on Monday, April 13. Boardman will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record. The Cardinals go into the test with a 4-3 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Louisa County (Mineral, VA).

The Tigers (4-5) will now prepare for their test against GlenOak (Canton, OH). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, GlenOak was routed by Green (Uniontown, OH), 5-2, in a league test.
