Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL), 13-12 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Rolling Meadows upgrades its record to 2-6 on the year. The Mustangs host Palatine (Palatine, IL) to play the Pirates in a Mid-Suburban East game on Monday, April 13. The Pirates enter the game with a record of 5-1. Palatine won 11-0 in their recent non-league game against Bartlett (Bartlett, IL)

The Bulldogs now own a 8-7 record. They play next when they host Carmel for a non-league game on Monday, April 13. Wauconda will play a Corsairs squad coming off a 8-2 league win over Joliet Catholic (Joliet, IL). The Corsairs record now stands at 3-4.
