The Huntington North Vikings baseball team (Huntington, IN), was overwhelmed 6-2 in Monday's non-league outing with the host Peru Tigers (Peru, IN)

The Tigers now hold a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northwestern for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 14. Peru will confront a Tigers team coming off a 11-0 league win over Lewis Cass (Walton, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Huntington North falls to 1-3 on the season. The Vikings host Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN) to battle the Spartans in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 13.
