Illinois High School Volleyball - Lockport tips Lemont
April 12, 2022: Lemont, IL 60439 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) and the host Lemont Lemont HS (Lemont, IL), saw Lockport's volleyball squad nip Lemont by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Lockport upgrades its record to 13-2 on the year. The Porters travel to Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL) to play the Celtics in a non-league bout on Thursday, April 14. The Celtics go into the bout with a record of 8-10. Providence Catholic won 2-1 in their recent league bout against DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL)
The Lemont HS now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Richards for a South Suburban bout on Thursday, April 14. Lemont will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Tinley Park (Tinley Park, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-5.
