April 12, 2022: Monroe, GA 30655 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Lakeview Academy Lions (Gainesville, GA) and the host George Walton Academy Bulldogs (Monroe, GA), saw Lakeview Academy's soccer squad triumph over George Walton Academy by a count of 6-1.
The Lions now hold a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Paideia for a non-league test on Monday, April 18. Lakeview Academy will meet a Pythons squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Heritage (Newnan, GA). The Pythons record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, George Walton Academy drops to 9-6 on the season.
