The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA) and the host Del Mar Dons (San Jose, CA), saw Christopher's volleyball squad nip Del Mar by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Christopher upgrades its record to 5-9 on the year. The Cougars travel to Pioneer (San Jose, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, April 14. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Pioneer lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA)

The Dons now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Westmont for a match on Tuesday, April 18. Del Mar will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Gilroy (Gilroy, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-5.
