Crete Cardinals (Crete, NE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Fairbury Jeffs (Fairbury, NE), 12-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Crete upgrades its record to 7-10 on the season. The Cardinals host Adams Central (Hastings, NE) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Saturday, April 13. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 6-3. Adams Central won 16-3 in their recent non-league test against Aurora (Aurora, NE)
