April 12, 2024: Burbank, CA 91506 The Newport Harbor Sailors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Burroughs Bears to 0 in the Sailors non-league victory on Friday.
The Sailors now have a 24-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Barbara for a non-league game on Saturday, April 13. Newport Harbor will meet a Dons team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Sanger (Sanger, CA). The Dons record now stands at 11-9.
The Bears (21-7) will now prepare for their game against Sanger (Sanger, CA). The Apaches enter the non-league game with a 26-5 record. In their last game, Sanger dropped by Santa Barbara (Santa Barbara, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
