Michigan High School Soccer - West Ottawa nudges Holland Christian
April 12, 2024: Holland, MI 49423 West Ottawa Panthers (Holland, MI) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Holland Christian Maroons (Holland, MI), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Gull Lake Blue Devils (Richland, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 13. West Ottawa will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Byron Center (Byron Center, MI).
The Maroons now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Fruitport for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 15. Holland Christian will confront a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Reeths-Puffer (Muskegon, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 1-2.
