Rossville Hornets (Rossville, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Lafayette Central Catholic Knights (Lafayette, IN), 14-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Hornets now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Frontier for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 15. Rossville will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 19-2 league loss to DeMotte Christian (DeMotte, IN). The Falcons record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Lafayette Central Catholic falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Lafayette Jefferson (Lafayette, IN) to battle the Bronchos in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 15.
