Next up, the Knights encounter the Grand Lake Hornets (Lake Charles, LA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 14. South Beauregard will attempt to advance on its 19-8 season record. The Hornets enter the outing with a 23-6 record after their 14-7 non-league win over Bell City (Bell City, LA).
The Hornets (9-12) will now prepare for their outing against Colmesneil (Colmesneil, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 2A Region III District 24 outing with a 4-16 record. In their last outing, Colmesneil was overwhelmed by Groveton (Groveton, TX), 17-2, in a league outing.
