Ohio High School Baseball - Norwayne defeats Southeast
April 12, 2025: Creston, OH 44217 The Norwayne Bobcats baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Southeast Pirates to 1 in the Bobcats non-league win on Saturday.
The Bobcats now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chippewa for a Wayne County Athletic test on Tuesday, April 15. Norwayne will clash with a Chipps team coming off a 15-5 non-league win over Firestone (Akron, OH). The Chipps record now stands at 6-2.
With the defeat, Southeast drops to 3-3 on the year. The Pirates travel to Crestview (Columbiana, OH) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 1-3. Crestview lost 10-3 in their recent non-league test against Jackson-Milton (North Jackson, OH)
