Ohio High School Baseball - Olentangy Berlin nipped by St. Ignatius
April 12, 2025: Delaware, OH 43015 St. Ignatius Wildcats (Cleveland, OH) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad nip the host Olentangy Berlin Bears (Delaware, OH), 4-3 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, St. Ignatius advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to St. Edward (Lakewood, OH) to battle the Eagles in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 16. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 3-6. St. Edward won 5-2 in their recent non-league match against Brunswick (Brunswick, OH)
The Bears now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomas Worthington for a Ohio Capital - Cardinal match on Monday, April 14. Olentangy Berlin will battle a CARDINALS squad coming off a 6-2 non-league win over St. Charles (Columbus, OH). The CARDINALS record now stands at 4-3.
