In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Glenbard East Rams volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Schaumburg Saxons.

The Rams (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Andrew (Tinley Park, IL). The Thunderbolts enter the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Andrew got by Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
