In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Hillsdale Fighting Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Independence 76ers.

The Fighting Knights (7-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Los Altos (Los Altos, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 14-4 record. In their last challenge, Los Altos beat Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the 76ers play the Westmoor Rams (Daly City, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 12. Independence will attempt to upgrade on its 4-16 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Capuchino (San Bruno, CA).
