April 12, 2025: Owatonna, MN 55060 The Southwest Christian Stars lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the host Owatonna Huskies to 6 in the Stars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Stars now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Holy Family Catholic for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 17. Southwest Christian will clash with a Fire squad coming off a 12-11 league win over Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN). The Fire record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Owatonna falls to 0-1 on the year. The Huskies travel to Century (Rochester, MN) to clash with the Panthers in a Section 3 challenge on Monday, April 14. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Century won 9-8 in their recent league challenge against Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN)
