Michigan High School Soccer - Grand Ledge nudges Petoskey
April 12, 2025: Grand Ledge, MI 48837 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Grand Ledge Comets (Grand Ledge, MI) and the visiting Petoskey Northmen (Petoskey, MI), saw Grand Ledge's soccer squad hold off Petoskey by a score of 1-0.
The Comets (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Holt (Holt, MI). The Rams enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Holt was edged by Saline (Saline, MI), 7-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Northmen confront the Alpena Wildcats (Alpena, MI) in a Big North battle, on Tuesday, April 15. Petoskey will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Fremont (Fremont, MI).
