Missouri High School Soccer - Odessa knocks off Lafayette
April 12, 2025: St. Joseph, MO 64505 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Odessa Bulldogs (Odessa, MO) and the host Lafayette Fighting Irish (St. Joseph, MO), saw Odessa's soccer squad triumph over Lafayette by a score of 9-0.
The Bulldogs (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Excelsior Springs (Excelsior Springs, MO). The Tigers enter the Class 2 District 6 battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Excelsior Springs ran past Cameron (Cameron, MO), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Fighting Irish confront the Cameron Dragons (Cameron, MO) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 14. Lafayette will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Dragons enter the battle with a 2-6 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Excelsior Springs (Excelsior Springs, MO).
